The space is located on Osharskaya Street, which was once considered the city's farthest outskirts. Now, it stretches across two central districts of the city — Nizhegorodsky and Sovetsky. Despite all the changes, the street has preserved historic 19th-century buildings recognized as cultural heritage sites.
